We believe in full transparency when it comes to our fees. Before we begin working on your case, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of our costs, so you know exactly what you're paying for. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Standard Wills:
Individual – £150
Couple –£280
Wills including Trusts:
Individual – from £250
Couple – from £480
Severance of joint tenancy – £50 per property
Lasting Powers of Attorney:
Individual:
One type of LPA (Health OR Financial) – £300
Both types of LPA (Health AND Financial) – £500
Couple:
One type of LPA each (Health OR Financial) – £500
Both types of LPA each (Health AND Financial) – £750
*in addition, a fee is required to register the documents with the Office of the Public Guardian of £82 per form. In some cases, depending upon income, this registration fee can be halved or waived altogether
Probate Applications, Advice on Trusts, Deeds of Variation – prices to be advised depending on individual matter and time involved
We are not VAT registered, and so this discount is passed back to our clients.
