We know that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to creating your Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. So, all our advice is based upon our discussions with you regarding your own personal circumstances, needs and objectives, giving an individual approach to each client.
We offer free home visit appointments to homes in Scarborough and surrounding towns and villages, or otherwise we are able to conduct telephone or video call appointments in order to help you get this essential planning in place.

Dawn Plant
Dawn is a Chartered Legal Executive, a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and has over 25 years experience in preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and associated documents for clients.
She is known for her personable and friendly approach to clients, and gives clear, straightforward advice.
When not working, Dawn likes to spend her time walking her dog, catching up with friends and family, cooking, eating out and going to the theatre and concerts. Dawn is a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust which involves her helping walk dogs for people that are too ill or elderly to walk their pets themselves.
